Optional profile information: you may optionally provide name, company/organization, industry, phone, and country/region. These are used only for purposes such as sample follow-up and are never shown publicly.

Sample request information: when requesting a free sample, we collect shipping address, phone number, and use case, for delivery and redemption.

Submission and inquiry information: community works you submit, and the name, company, email, and message you provide via Contact Us.

Anonymous analytics: we self-host analytics that collect anonymous behavior data such as page views and clicks (without name, password, verification code, or precise IP), used for analysis and improvement.

To provide, maintain, and improve services: creating and managing accounts, verifying sign-in, processing and redeeming samples, displaying submissions, and responding to inquiries.

To communicate: if you opt in to marketing, we may send you product and material update emails.

For compliance and security: preventing fraud and abuse, fulfilling legal obligations, and protecting account and Site security.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following situations:

Service providers: to fulfill delivery or email, we may share necessary order and contact details with third parties such as logistics/courier companies and email providers (e.g., Resend), who process it only for that purpose under confidentiality obligations.

Third-party sign-in: when using Google sign-in, related authentication is processed by Google; please also review their privacy policy.

Legal requirements: we may disclose information when required by law, regulation, or a lawful request from judicial or administrative authorities.

Your data is stored in an encrypted cloud database (Supabase) and may be accelerated through a content delivery network. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as access control, password hashing, HTTPS encryption, and HttpOnly cookies.
