Welcome to the TOPFOX official website (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Shenzhen Jiuyan New Materials Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") and provides TPU 3D-printing filament product information, a filament selector, sample requests, community showcases, and related content.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Site. By checking "Agree", completing registration, or continuing to use the Site, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Site.

The Site provides the following services (as displayed online): product and series information, a filament selector and print-setting references, free sample requests, community submissions and showcase, FAQ and Wiki technical articles, and inquiry channels such as Contact Us / Become a Dealer.

Some services (such as sample requests, community submissions, and the account center) require a registered account. Anonymous visitors may browse public content and submit inquiries via Contact Us.

You must register with a valid email address and sign in via an email code, a password, or a Google account. You represent that the information you provide is true, accurate, and lawful.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password and for all activities under your account. Please notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You may not transfer, rent, or sell your account to others without authorization.

You agree not to: violate any law or regulation; post false, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content; interfere with or disrupt the Site; impersonate others; harvest others' information without consent; or use the Site for any unlawful or infringing commercial activity.

For content you submit (such as community works), you represent that you have the lawful rights to it and grant us a license to display and promote it on the Site and marketing channels.

We may offer free samples, sample codes, coupons, or crowdfunding promotions from time to time. Such activities may be subject to additional rules, quantity limits, and validity periods as stated on the relevant pages.

Free sample program: the sample itself is free; a small shipping fee may apply, or redemption may go through a designated channel (e.g., an e-commerce platform). Redemption may be limited to once per account/phone number, subject to the activity rules.

We reserve the right to disqualify or suspend issuance in cases of fraudulent registration, abuse, or misuse.

All text, images, logos, trademarks, layouts, technical documentation, and software code on the Site (excluding user-submitted content) are protected by applicable law and owned by us or the respective rights holders. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use them commercially without written permission.

"TopFox / TOPFOX" and related brand marks are our trademarks or brands and may not be used without authorization.

The technical specifications, print settings, and material-selection guidance on the Site are for reference only. Actual results may vary with printer model, slicer settings, ambient temperature, and usage, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding its continuous availability, accuracy, or completeness.
